This series of four webinar days (7h per day, in English on Zoom during two full weekends) with Laurent MAGNE <\/strong>(Director of YMAA Paris Nord, YMAA Q\u00ecg\u014dng Instructor and Doctor of Chinese Energetic Medicine) is intended to be an in depth exploration of Small Circulation Meditations<\/strong><\/strong> (SCM, also called Microcosmic Orbit or MCO)<\/strong> which go much further than just Regulating your Q\u00ec<\/strong>, although it is a very important application. One weekend webinar will he held on December, 14 and 15<\/em>, the other one will he held on February,15 and 16<\/em>. This means you will have two months in between the seminars to train what we have covered by yourself<\/strong>, and write down your questions for the next webinar. Practice is a critical part pf the learning process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will very briefly<\/em> review Embryonic Breathing<\/strong> and build upon the basic SCM concept<\/strong>, consisting of leading the Q\u00ec up the D\u016b M\u00e0i (\u7763\u8109, Governing Vessel) and down the R\u00e9n M\u00e0i (\u4efb\u8109, Conception Vessel) to deepen its practice<\/strong>, discover, understand and experience the others families<\/em> of SCM and their specific benefits<\/strong> (opening the Vessels and psychic gates, developing and increasing your perceptions, boosting your immune system, removing different energy and emotional blockages, grounding, increasing your connection with Heaven, preparing for spiritual cultivation, etc.). Doing so, we will go for a deep dive into its Theory (30%)<\/strong><\/strong> and Practice (70%)<\/strong>, with some time for discussing<\/strong> your experience<\/strong>, findings and difficulties after each practice, to further enrich your understanding<\/strong> and refine your practice quality and broaden it<\/span><\/strong>. Laurent will share his 10+ years of experience with SCM and useful tips and principles for enhanced practice, including methods he personally developed from his practice founded upon what he received from his teacher, Master Y\u00e1ng Jw\u00ecng M\u01d0ng<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Prerequisites for an optimal experience<\/em><\/strong> during the webinar: 1) Prior consistent practice of Lower Dantian Breathing<\/strong> (and if possible Embryonic Breathing), 2) Prior experience<\/strong> (no mastery needed) with the Small Circulation Meditation (SCM)<\/strong>, also called MicoCosmic Orbit (MCO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
